STEP 1: Open up a picture you would like to use and then go to Image > Mode > Doutone. I grayscaled my picture by Image > Mode > Grayscale.


STEP 2: For Duotone options, select Tritone.

then this should pop up; click OK :


STEP 3: Pick your colors then hit OK.




STEP 4: If you grayscaled it before you started this tutorial, make sure you go to Image > Mode > RGB Color.


STEP 5: To keep going, Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color and adjust the color (mine is magenta because its the color my picture) until you are satisfied.


STEP 6: Here's what I got after I OK'd.


STEP 7: To add some contrast, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels.


Finished!


Here's my final result after I added white Color Bubbles.
