1. Make a new file with a WHITE background. On your tool bar on the side, choose the Founded Rectangle Tool (U).


2. Make the size however you want it on your new layer. Make sure the top color is BLACK (#000000).


3. Now open up your desired image and then drag it onto the file. It should look like this: (the black box and underneath it).


4. On the image's layer, go to the options screen.


5. Now after screening, it should look like this.


You're finished (:

You can try to get rid of the white background, this tutorial is easier to do that.
