Requirements:

Adobe Photoshop (any)

An image

STEP 1: Open an image on adobe photoshop.

STEP 2: Use the rectangular marquee tool (M)

STEP 3: Select your desired size of the image with the tool you have selected.

STEP 4: Go to select > modify > smooth and a small window will pop up.

STEP 5: Enter your pixel number (I usually use 5-10)

STEP 6: Press enter, go to edit > copy merged and then file > new and press ok.
