STEP 1: Choose a picture. I will be a using a picture of Miley Cyrus.
STEP 2: Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation. A hue/sat box will appear.
STEP 3: You can either put the settings however you want and experience yourself, or just copy mine; although i recommend the first option: experience it yourself.
These are my settings for Master, Reds & Blues.



STEP 4: I OK'd and got this as a result.
