STEP 1: Choose a picture. I will be a using a picture of myself.


STEP 2: Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation. A hue/sat box will appear and you click ok.



STEP 3: You can either put the settings however you want and experience yourself, or just copy mine; although i recommend the first option: experience it yourself. Here's my settings:


STEP 4: I OK'd and got this as a result.
