1. Open up your desired image. I will be using the most famous sitemodel, Brookelle Bones.


2. Create a new layer by going to Layer > New Layer > OK. Then paint the new layer by selecting the tool Paint Bucket Tool (G). Paint it the color #15359c.


3. For layer options, make the painted layer screened.


4. This is what it should look like.


5. Then make another new layer. Paint it the color #ffe957 and then choose the option Soft Light.
