1. Open two (or more) images that you would like to blend together.
I will be using Tae Goon.


2. Open a new file that is a decent size for both images to be placed together. After you've done that, drag both of the images onto the new file. Make sure one of the images overlay the other picture just by a little.


3. Select the eraser tool (E) and then choose a default soft round brush.


4. Erase some parts from the image that is overlaying that you think would look more like a blend.


Here's my result: You can keep adding more pictures into it like I did, if you want :)


NOTE: There are other ways to blend, but this is the easiest to explain :)
