In this tutorial, you will learn how to make a real picture look kind of but not exactly a lineart. Here we go!
STEP 1:
Choose a picture you would like to use. I will be using this photoshoot of Miley Cyrus from Google.
STEP 2:
Duplicate the layer by using the shortcuts
CTRL + J. Select the option
Color Dodge.
This is what it should look like after the color dodge.
STEP 3:
Next, go to
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Choose the radius pixel to whatever you'd like. It's best to bring it lower if you're trying to get the same result as me.
Here's the result.
To make it look a little more real or "artistic", do
CTRL + A and then
Shift + CTRL + C to select all and copy merge. Make a new file, paste by doing
CTRL + V.
Now, grayscale the whole picture by
Shift + Ctrl + U. There you have it.
