Brian's birthday celebration was to car pool down to North Quincy High and take the train to Chinatown to eat at a Dim Sum restaurant. There were three drivers, Brandon, Amy, and Harry. It was fun on the way because Brandon and Amy were racing, but Harry already beat them to the spot. We walked to the train station and made our way to the restaurant. It was my first time going to a DIm Sum because my parents usually just go to regular restaurants. So we ate and Brian opened up his presents. We had to have two tables because our group was pretty huge. After Dim Sum, we roamed the streets and went to stores because some friends wanted to buy random stuff/boba drinks. We spent about thirty minutes in a Hello Kitty store, lmao. I never knew how expensive Hello Kitty is! I saw prices for like, 100+ and I was like what the heck?! O_O But man, go Hello Kitty, even though I'm not a huge fan. An hour later, half of the group decided to go home and the other half wanted to roam a little more. Ten minutes later it started to rain so we had to turn back and head home. Harry and Brandon were the only drivers left, but there was too many people to drive everyone home. Robinson and Charlie took the train/bus home instead to make it less of a pain for our drivers. Car ride felt icky because it was raining, but overall the day was pretty chill.
