365 Days

I’ve been playing A LOT of tennis lately. My friend Jon has been helping me improve on my strokes & body positioning. He’s a great coach and I appreciate that he is willing to offer his professional’ness’ ^^ . He’s also going to help my friend, Aynsley, since he told me to pick someone whose on the same level as me. I picked Aynsley =) Thank you Jon!

Moving on.

Inspired by some amazing photographers out there, I’m going to start my own 365 Days project. I thought about this and I realized it’s going to be tough since I’m nearly out of high school, but I want to challenge myself and see what I can come up with everyday. I mainly have a better chance of me taking self-portraits, but I’ll try to take some things other than myself xD The only problem with SPs are dressing up & make up… or just even looking good naturally. Maybe I’ll take a picture of me looking like a complete mess… hm. Nahhh, we’ll see.

I’ve only been home ONCE this WHOLEEEE MONTH! @_@ THAT’S INSANE. Omggg. Let’s review my schedule of July.
1 – Tennis with Tommy & Andrew.
2 – Bike ride to Andrew’s & swim along with Tommy.
3 – Tennis BBQ @ 12pm.
4 – Andrew’s with Tiff, Thien, & Chris.
5 – Six Flags with Michelle’s fam, Andrew and Tommy.
6 – Fifth-month Anniversary with Andrew. Swim with his family.
7 – Tennis!
8 – Goku’s appointment. Andrew’s to chill.
9 – Swim @ Andrew’s with Andrew, Melissa, Joe, and Alex. Papa Ginos then home.
10 – STAYED HOME!
11 – Mimi’s Engagement Party.
12 – Imagination Station with Andrew to take pictures. McD’s then swim.
13 –  Tennis!
14 –  Photoshoot with Tiffany and Nicole.
15 – Tennis!
16 – Sunny Side with Joe, Melissa, and Andrew in the morning, Soccer at Belcher Park @12pm. Vicky’s surprise party at Donald’s.
17 – Tennis in the morning with Jon, Jeff, Charlie, Aynsley and Andrew. After, Andrew’s to swim.
18 –  ice skating was closed&cancelled, so Imagination Station with everyone, McD’s, Swim @ Andrew’s, and watch Shrek(s).
19 – Tennis @ RCMS with Jon & Aynsley!
20 – Tennis @ Young with Jon.
22 – Photoshoot with Lovina @ my house then possibly her’s.
25 – Frye’s Pool Party.

…. Fun summer man. But August is when I gotta get back to work on summer reading, read my driving manual, etc.

Moving on.

    I think you look gorgeous, Quynh! <3 I have a project 365 going just for photos too, except I put them all on a different domain. It IS a challenge… but I had other 365 projects which kept me busy and I realised I liked the photography one the best.

    You are lucky you've been out during your holidays. I've been anywhere BUT out. My mum's been holding me hostage making me do chores, not to mention she just won't allow me to go out for some stupid ass punishment. :(

    Anyway, I am super jealous you've been out so much and all, at least you're getting out there doing lots of fun stuff. <3

    I’ve always wondered this about self-portraits; do you use a tripod and a timer? Plus its hard for me to attempt taking a photo without looking in the mirror :S

    You look really pretty in that picture, (: . I’ve seen a lot of the pictures you put up in your blog posts, and I think you’re a really good photographer, :D . I know a lot of people who takes horrible pictures, edit them poorly using Photobucket, and then put it up on Myspace and call it “Photography”, >.<. It really bugs the crap out of me, their definition of "photography". Hmm, oh well.

    OMG. You've had a l o t of plans for the month of July, 0.0. That's crazy, ahah. I used to have so many plans, too, but then I got tired and cancelled a lot of them … Hee-hee, ;D.

    Wow, that sounds confusing, 0.0. I know close to NOTHING about fixing computers and how they function, ;D. If it weren't for my note cards, I would've surely failed the Computers exam back in 6th grade, =_=. Haha.

    Laptops can be really useful, because you can carry them around, but I'd prefer a computer any day to a laptop, :D . I hate how hot they get, and if it's on my lap, then it's like, really uncomfortable, "/. My dad told me my half-broken touch-screen laptop might EXPLODE, O_O.

    WOW! You seem to be really busy! I wish I could keep busy like this, but to be honest I just don’t have anything to “keep busy with,” so I am content with my non-business.

    I, myself, am participating in a blog project, which is just 30 days of my talking about my favorite things, some different photos, and other random things xD. I think blog projects are fun, and are great ways to keep your blog active, fresh, and fun! I love reading/seeing other peoples’ blog projects — or blogs in general. :)

    Your photoshoot photos are really good. I wish I had friends to conduct a photoshoot with! Haha :) . But a 365 blogging project sounds like a good idea…just a little long, lol.

    Okay my internet really sucks which is why I’ve taken forever to actually return your comment. Also, my internet still really sucks which is why I can’t really comment on your pictures because I can’t see them..because my internet sucks & doesn’t want to load shit because it is …….. SO DUMB & I WANT TO EFFIN’ SLAP A HO.

    Man it looks like you’ve definitely had a bunch of shiz to do which is great since you’re making great use of your summer. My summer was like that before, but now I’m just stuck at home because I’m sick & I have nothing else to do.

    Lulz though, good luck with your 365 project because I’m doing it & I’ve missed a day although I SWORE I TOOK A PICTURE..but I didn’t so whatever, I kind of cheat a bit, whatever…who cares, right? It’s tough to do because sometimes you get super lazy & you just forget to take a picture or something. I am running out of things to take a picture of when I’m at home because there’s nothing exciting going on…so I just take a picture of food. :D But it’s crazy because I think I’m well into over a month. I just haven’t posted the pictures yet. mostly due to my SHITTY INTERNET.

    Tennis is certainly A-MAZING! Good sport to play a lot :) I think the most beautiful shots will be perhaps when you’re most natural :) I think you should try without makeup or when you’re just feeling like a bum like you suggested :)
